These Terms govern your use of levelupabdullah.dev and any web development services provided by Web Development with Abdullah. By using the website or hiring us, you agree to them.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Specific projects may also be covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority if it conflicts with these Terms.

Our Services

Web Development with Abdullah provides WordPress & Elementor development, WooCommerce stores, custom web applications, Flutter mobile apps, API integrations and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of every project are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Quotes, Payments & Invoices

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Most projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) before work begins, with the balance due on completion and before final files are delivered or the site goes live.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payments may pause work.
  • Third-party costs (premium plugins, themes, hosting, domains, stock media) are billed separately unless included in the quote.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide content, logins, brand assets and feedback on time — delays on your side may move the delivery date.
  • Make sure that any text, images or materials you supply are yours to use and do not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Review and test deliverables within the agreed review period.

Revisions & Changes

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as change requests and quoted separately before any extra work is done.

Intellectual Property

Once the project is paid in full, ownership of the final custom design and code created specifically for you is transferred to you. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain under their own licences.

Unless you ask otherwise in writing, we may show the completed project in our portfolio. The showcase pages on this website are our own demonstration work and may not be copied or resold.

Website Use

  • Do not attempt to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt this website.
  • Do not copy the design, code or content of this website without written permission.
  • Do not use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.

Warranty & Support

We fix bugs caused by our work free of charge for 14 days after launch. Problems caused by later edits, plugin or WordPress updates, hosting changes or third-party services are not covered, but ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately.

Limitation of Liability

Services and website content are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data.

Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Punjab, Pakistan. We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version is always available on this page.
