Refund & Cancellation Policy
Custom web development is time-based work. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations and refunds are handled for projects with Web Development with Abdullah.
Deposits
Projects start once the agreed deposit (usually 50%) is received. The deposit reserves time in our schedule and covers discovery, planning and initial design work, so it is non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancelling a Project
- Before work starts — cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit and receive a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
- During the project — you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, based on the milestones or hours used. Any amount paid beyond that is refunded.
- After delivery or launch — completed and approved work is not refundable.
When Refunds May Be Offered
- We are unable to deliver the agreed scope.
- A confirmed delay on our side goes significantly beyond the agreed timeline without your approval.
- Duplicate or mistaken payments.
Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party purchases made for your project, such as premium plugins, themes, hosting, domains or stock assets.
- Monthly maintenance or support periods that have already started.
- Work rejected only because of a change of mind after approval.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@nowdigiverse.com with your name, project details and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds are paid within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Resolving Disputes
If you are unhappy with any part of the work, please tell us first — we will always try to fix the issue through revisions before a refund is considered.
